The Individual engaged with coaching to support them in achieving this.
Approach
We partnered together to define the key business challenges the individual faced. We discussed personal brand, authentic leadership style and how to adapt communication in different contexts to ensure clarity of message and engagement. The individual also undertook an MBTI assessment to understand their own preferences of their introversion type and learnt to lean into communicating to those who have an extroversion preference. Through experimenting and feeding back experiences the individual learnt how to adapt their communication style to their audience whilst remaining authentic to who they are as a leader.
Outcomes
The Head of Data successfully collaborated with business stakeholders to define the data strategy and began to implement key elements across the organisation.
